We appreciated staff and food of the hotel.

Everything was good, including accommodating staff and beautiful location near the Coast to Coast footpath. I enjoyed to spend time in the inviting English bar.

Better choose this place to stay when in Richmond. The personnel was attentive and decent.

The location was brilliant, around 10-15 minutes walk from a local history museum.

We enjoyed the very central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. Lots of food, which was well presented to satisfy everyone. The bed was lovely and room was warm and lovely.

I liked location and staff. Incredibly beautiful view of horses. The staff did all they can for a perfect 10/10 stay. It was a comfy hotel in a very very nice area. Btw, I was not very far from Lucy Pittaway Art Gallery.

Definitely would consider staying here again. Spotlessly clean hotel with a friendly staff and a savoury breakfast. We really loved our king room. There was town hall venue, located nearby, where we relaxed.
